Ritmo Pregnancy, distributed by Nuvo Group USA Inc., has a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for 180 days from original date of purchase. Any part of this product will be either replaced or repaired if proven defective within the warranty period. Replacement or repair is at the sole discretion of Nuvo Group USA Inc.
This warranty does not cover:
1. A defect that has been caused by repair or modification.
2. A defect caused by negligence, accident, improper operation or misuse of the product.
3. Normal wear and tear of the fabric.
4. The Lithium Polymer rechargeable battery.
5. Transportation costs and all risks of transport relating directly or indirectly to the guarantee of the product.
6. Accidents, lightning, water, fire, improper ventilation, or any cause beyond the control of Nuvo Group USA Inc.
7. Connection to an improper power source.
Any implied warranties shall be limited in duration to the terms of this warranty. (Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.) This warranty gives you legal rights, which may vary depending on the state in which you reside.
Note: This warranty is valid only for products sold in the USA. If you have purchased Ritmo Pregnancy outside of the USA, please contact your local distributor for service.
